What is the minimum order quantity?

200 pcs per colour for stock shades. Custom Pantone dyeing or a new print raises the minimum, and we confirm the figure before quoting.

Can I order a sample before bulk production?

Yes. Sampling takes 7 - 10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design and is credited against the bulk order once it is confirmed.

Can the quilting pattern and lining colour be changed?

Yes. Send the pattern file and lining shade and we quote the change on a pre-production sample.

How long does production take?

35 - 45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and whether the shell colour is in stock. We confirm the schedule in writing before the order starts.
