What is the minimum order quantity?

200 pcs per colour for stock shell shades. Custom Pantone dyeing or a new print raises the minimum, and we confirm the figure before quoting.

Can I order a sample before bulk production?

Yes. Sampling takes 7 - 10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design and is credited against the bulk order once it is confirmed.

Does the front panel really take four paddles?

Yes. The adjustable buckle opens the panel for four standard paddles. Send your paddle outline and we confirm before sampling.

How long does production take?

35 - 45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and whether the shell colour is in stock. We confirm the schedule in writing before the order starts.
