Why Neoprene, Not Nylon

The shell is a single padded skin rather than a sewn panel over a lining, so a knock against a fence post is absorbed before it reaches the paddles. A wet ball or a damp towel stays inside the wipe-clean lining instead of soaking through to the car seat.

The front pocket is a separate structure, not a flat sleeve. Its mouth follows the paddle outline, the handles sit outside the panel, and the base is open so court grit falls through rather than collecting in a seam. At 800 g empty and 36 x 16 x 34 cm, the bag carries a full club kit without turning into a duffel.

200 pcs per colour for stock neoprene shades. Custom Pantone dyeing or a new print raises the minimum, and we confirm the figure before quoting.

Can I order a sample before bulk production?

Yes. Sampling takes 7 - 10 days. Sample cost is quoted per design and is credited against the bulk order once it is confirmed.

Will the front pocket fit the paddles we sell?

The pocket is cut to a standard paddle head and holds two paddles. Send your paddle outline and thickness and we adjust the pattern so the face sits clear of the zip.

How long does production take?

35 - 45 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and whether the neoprene shade is in stock. We confirm the schedule in writing before the order starts.
